This policy covers manjitaosta.com and my programs — including the Australian Employability Assessment, the Australian Employability Masterclass, the Australian Employability Accelerator Program, the Australian Communication Mastery Program, and any other program or course I run. In short: I collect only what I need to run your sessions and help your career, I never sell your information, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

If you later email me, or send documents such as a resume or a LinkedIn profile link before or during your program, I hold those too.
I use website analytics to understand how people find and use this site — for example how many people opened a page, roughly which country they were in, what kind of device they used, and which website referred them. This is aggregate information about traffic rather than a record of you as an individual, and it is used to improve the site.
Analytics is provided by my website hosting provider. Some analytics and website tools use cookies or similar technologies; where they do, it is only for the purposes described here.
I do not sell your information, and I do not use it to build an advertising profile of you. If I later add advertising or remarketing tools — for example a social media or search advertising pixel — this page will be updated to say so, with a new date at the top.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. The booking form works either way.

Part of what I do is help you get in front of the right people. Where it helps your job search, and only where it is genuinely needed, I may share your profile, resume or LinkedIn details with third-party recruiters or hiring managers.
I do this to help you, not to sell your details, and I will not send your information to a recruiter without your agreement. If you would rather I never did this, tell me and I won't — it will not affect anything else in your program.
I sometimes publish client feedback and reviews. If you give me feedback and I would like to use it publicly, I will ask you first, and you can ask me to remove it at any time.
My booking system and website are provided by Digital Destiny Pro, who process this information on my behalf and only to run these services. Your booking details are also used to create the calendar appointment and its video meeting link.

These providers store information on servers that may be located outside Australia, including in the United States. By booking, you consent to your information being handled this way.

I keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide my services and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete them. If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will — unless I am required to keep it by law.
Information is held in access-controlled systems and sent over encrypted connections. No system is perfect, but I take reasonable steps to protect what you give me, and I only give access to people who need it to help deliver these services.
