These terms cover manjitaosta.com and my programs — including the Australian Employability Assessment, the Australian Employability Masterclass, the Australian Employability Accelerator Program, the Australian Communication Mastery Program, and any other program or course I run. By booking a session or purchasing a program you agree to these terms.

The Australian Employability Assessment is a free session. Booking one creates no payment obligation. You can cancel or reschedule it using the links in your confirmation email.
Paid program prices are confirmed with you before you pay. Payment secures your place, your session times, and immediate access to the program materials that come with it.
Due to the immediate delivery of digital resources, proprietary training assets, and the reservation of premium calendar scheduling, all payments are strictly non-refundable and all sales are final.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded — including the consumer guarantees that services be provided with due care and skill. This policy applies to change-of-mind, non-attendance, and personal circumstances; it does not apply where the law says a remedy must be available.
If you need to reschedule a private 1-on-1 session, you must give a minimum of 24 hours' written notice (email is fine) before your session time. Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are forfeited. Your session time is reserved exclusively for you — a late cancellation means that time cannot be offered to anyone else.
I provide elite corporate strategies, frameworks, and support to position you as a top candidate in the Australian market. However, ultimate career outcomes, job offers, hiring timelines, and salary figures depend entirely on your personal execution, your interview performance, and external market conditions. I do not guarantee job placement or any specific employment outcome — and you should be cautious of anyone who does.
The resources, frameworks, templates and recordings you receive are for your personal use only. They remain my intellectual property and may not be shared, resold, republished or used to deliver services to others.
The programs work when you do — showing up to sessions on time, completing the work between them, and giving me accurate information about your situation, visa status and experience.
If these terms change, the updated version will appear on this page with a new date at the top. Changes apply from that date and do not rewrite the terms you purchased under.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
